A fitness program which blends the power of strength training with the intention of Pilates.

Empower is a fitness program that combines the power of strength training with the intention of Pilates to help you build muscle, improve mobility, and feel more connected to your body. This 6-week program is designed to help you feel strong, capable, and confident—in your workouts and your everyday life.

Meet the Instructors

You’ll be guided by two expert trainers throughout the program. Stacey Roberts leads all strength workouts, while Andy Orizotti brings her expertise to every Pilates session—so you get the best of both worlds.

The Workouts

Empower includes six guided workouts per week, alternating between strength training and Pilates to help you build muscle, improve mobility, and enhance mind-body connection.

Each week, you’ll follow a balanced mix of 3 strength-focused workouts and 3 Pilates-based sessions.

You can follow the calendar as written or move through the workouts at your own pace. If 4–5 days a week works better for your schedule, simply complete the sessions in order. The goal is consistency—not perfection.
