Welcome to

Empower is a fitness program that combines the power of strength training with the intention of Pilates to help you build muscle, improve mobility, and feel more connected to your body. This 6-week program is designed to help you feel strong, capable, and confident—in your workouts and your everyday life.
Program Materials
After this section of text, you will see the video library with the program video workouts divided by week. At the top left corner, you will see two tabs: On Demand & Resources. The On Demand tab houses all the videos, while the Resources tab is were you will find all of the program PDFs. You can download these to your own device to reference as desired.
Introduction Video
You will want to watch the program introduction video first (which is linked at the top of the program playlist in the video player) as it will help you get acquainted with the Empower program.
