Customer Service Admin (contract)
Fitness Momness is looking for a part-time customer service and admin support team member. This is a work from home position with the expectation that the successful candidate is self-directed and self-motivated. This position is the main point of contact for all Fitness Momness customer service and external contacts (ie. brand reach outs/filtering) and customer account management/support. Content management, data management and very basic video editing will also be part of the role. Experience with basic video editing is an asset but not a necessity as we will provide training.
Part-time: 10 - 15 hours per week to start - the role will start with a 3 month trial period, successful completion will result in on-going employment. Work from home with structured but flexible hours.
This is a CONTRACT position. This means you will not be considered an employee of Fitness Momness but an independent contractor.
Example Tasks we need support for:

Content management - video uploading, data entry, weekly analytic pulls and reporting, etc.
